Description

History buffs, this is the tour for you! Enjoy a three hour afternoon stroll through Downtown Phoenix learning all about historic buildings, hidden tunnels and life in Phoenix during its early years. But the foodie inside you will love our five restaurant stops, each including a sizable portion of food. This tour is ideal for history lovers, retirees/snowbirds looking for fun activities during the week, and visitors looking to enjoy a weekday afternoon in Phoenix.

This tour runs Tuesday and Thursday at 2pm. We meet at Phoenix Public Market Café in Downtown Phoenix. It is a walking food tour, so please be prepared to walk up to 2 miles on the tour, with 20-25 minute breaks at each restaurant.

The ticket price includes tax and all booking fees. Tour guide gratuity is appreciated and not included.

For a full list of restaurants visited, please visit https://tasteittours.com/tour/original-phoenix-food-tour. Restaurants and routes can change slightly without notice due to events in the Downtown area. We'll visit five restaurants, with one providing cocktail samples and the others providing water or non-alcoholic drinks.

Food items are pre-selected to showcase the most popular items at each establishment, and several are paired with a signature cocktail. We do accommodate for vegetarians but do not offer substitutions.

During the walk, you can expect to see historic buildings and hotels, learn fun facts about Downtown Phoenix and even be entertained with some great stories by your tour guide.
