Twin Peaks has confirmed plans to build a sports bar and restaurant in Gilbert New Regional Park. Twin Peaks announced Wednesday that it will rent 120 jobs for its new restaurant and bar on the site of a former apartment building in the Gilbert neighborhood of Gilbert, Ariz., and announced Wednesday that it plans to build a sports bar and restaurant at its future location at a new home on the park's north side.
Covering 25 hectares, Gilbert Beach will include a sports bar and restaurant, as well as hotel and retail space. The complex will be built on the north side of the sprawling Gilbert Regional Park, the first phase of which is scheduled to open in September.
