Sahuaro Ranch Elementary School Reviews

My child went to SRE since he was in first grade. I had volunteered there as well to be more involved with the school. The principal at that time was great and knew each student by name. When the new principal replaced by the old one. I also noticed that some staff members had left. Each year after that more had left and the quality of teaching seemed to go out the door as well.

Great school! Teachers very involved.

This school is wonderful.

My child does not like this school. The student per teacher ratio is too large. Some students do not obey the teacher's repeated direction to remain quiet, so there is too much distraction in the classroom and this affects my son's ability to concentrate. I would like the school curriculm to include learning Spanish at all grade levels or at least as an elective starting at 5th grade.

There are not enough extra curricualar activities.(There is no sewing, cooking, etc.)

Teachers are awesome, Compassionate and genuinely care for our children.

Principal is a control freak, rude to parents and teachers and basically disrespectful to all. Many teachers/staff and students are leaving. He acts before thinking. Critical of everyone.
