Awesome As a builder I am very selective with my contractors. I used many Air Conditioning contractors without being satisfied until I found Chas Roberts. As a remodel specialist, my contractors have to be GREAT in customers homes. Chas Roberts is the only company I trust to be fantastic everytime.

Poor Customer Service Our one year old air conditioning unit has gone out for the second time. The tech told us it went out again because of a mistake made fixing it the first time. Then we were told it was after 12 noon, so we would have to wait until tomorrow to have the repairs done. We have to take off 2 days of work so we can have our air fixed from their mistakes. I feel they should do what it takes to correct their errors quickly, not when it is convenient for themselves.
