Worst restaurant experience ever!

This is the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant! I've been in the industry for over 10 years, so I can cut some slack when it's due. This place deserved none. Maybe other locations are different, but this one was horrid. It started with the hostesses and ended with the rude management team. Our server was slow, and not only slow but non conversational. We had to pry words out of her, like it was a chore for her that we were even there. I can list what she said to us in three sentences: "do you want drinks?" "are you ready to order everything?" "is everything ok?" That is all she said, the whole time. No hello, no thank you, no offering ANYTHING. I've had servers who don't really care before, or were having a bad day, but this was not a bad day. This was "I don't have a personality and I don't know how to do my job or care to know how." The food was not seasoned, the "roasted" potatoes (which were actually hash browns) were so greasy, they were inedible and the rib eye was sub-par. I requested my burger cooked medium, and it came out well done. I can understand, maybe it just sat too long or it was the wrong patty. Fine. But I had to wait 20 minutes before my server came back around so I could send it back. Then i waited another 20 minutes, but the second one still came out well done! At that point I was over it and didn't want to wait another 20 minutes to eat my entree. But lo and behold, I had to sit around for 15 minutes waiting to see if my server would come back.. She didn't. But I did see the managers eating dessert and playing tickle with some female staff members. I had to ask him to get my server to bring my check. He never asked how our experience was or if we were enjoying our food. Our server had to ask him to take my burger off the bill. Not one apology. Not one question of why the plates were untouched. No "Thank you, goodbye" as we left. Absolutely appalling. I'm shocked and utterly disgusted. Never again.

Pros: None whatsoever.
