Crappy furniture, high prices, cranky guest service people...they asked me to hold and never picked up the phone. They tried to tow our vehicle because it was parked with the front out. Only stay if it's a small period of time. Also, if you get mail sent there, anyone can pick it up. You don't have to show ID or anything, so someone can steal your mail easily.

unless you have a serious drug or alcohol problem this is not the place for you. I lived at budget suites for three years, and it was the worst three years of my life. The clientele here are the scum of the earth and would scew you over any chance they can. I highly advise anyone from staying here for any length of time.

Suggested my parents stay here while on a one month visit because of the good pricing, the convenient location to shopping, entertainment and the expressway. Looked nice enough from driving by and the website, however the unit they rented was in very poor condition. The mattress was torn and couch was stained, a couple times during the month the police were called by for disturbances by other people staying there... and several other things about the room just added up to the worst place they've stayed when they came into town. May have just been bad luck, but we all were very disappointed.
