On time, explained the entire process, very personable and effective. Would recommend them. Results came back within a few days (Holiday weekend). Would use them again but hopefully won't have to. They did not attempt to hide costs for extra traps (for additional square footage) until coming on site. Found that this technique is sometimes used (usually 90-100more per additional trap; usually 1 trap per 1000sq ft and one for outside baseline sample) so make sure you know how much your paying total from everyone you're getting pricing from for the actual number of traps you'll require. These guys were up front and honest. Highly recomend.

I was very happy with the service I received and the responce time on both the call-back and the actual job were great. in fact on the first contact it was about ten minutes or less, the price was fair and the quqlity was high. A great family company, The report was there when he said it would, the pictures were detailed and easy to see the issues that needed to be taken care of.
