The Breakfast Joynt

The Breakfast Joynt serves home-style morning goodness. Owners David Phelps and Becky Mazzocco opened their doors in November 2008 and have earned a loyal following of breakfast lovers from all across the valley, and they certainly do make waking up something to look forward to.

Whether you're grabbing a quick bite on your way to the office or taking out the family for a morning feast, at the Breakfast Joynt, you'll find a variety of breakfast specialties sure to please your taste buds and your pocket book.

The house specialty is their "soon to be famous stuffed apple pancakes" ($9), prepared with Granny Smith apples, brown sugar and cinnamon, then baked. Make it extra special by adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream for another $2.

For $6 to $7, you can try the chocolate chip, blueberry and buttermilk pancakes. The Breakfast Joynt  also offer crepes, French toast, waffles and Swedish pancakes. The Swedish pancakes are served with lingonberries.

If you're looking for a sampler-type breakfast, try The Basic for $8. It comes with two eggs and your choice of bacon, ham or sausage, hash browns and your choice of toast and buttermilk pancakes.

Like omelets? The Breakfast Joynt offers build-your-own three-egg omelet — filled with your choice of meats, vegetables and cheese and accompanied by toast or buttermilk pancakes for $9.

Other choices include biscuits and gravy, fruit and yogurt parfait, oatmeal, corned beef hash, grilled chicken and more.

Breakfast is served all day at The Breakfast Joynt, but there are also offer lunch options including salads, burgers, sandwiches, pulled pork, country-fried steak, mac and cheese, chili and more. Lunch prices range from $7 to $9.
