Brandy's Restaurant and Bakery: voted a local favorite 12-years in a row

Feb 2, 2010

In 1993, restaurateurs Ed and Brandy Wojciak opened Brandy’s Restaurant and Bakery. Brandy’s features expansive breakfast and lunch menus and a full bakery and espresso bar. In 2003, an old friend of the Wojciak’s returned to Flagstaff, Sherman Johnson had been traveling the globe perfecting his gourmet cooking skills. Ed and Brandy asked him to join the Brandy's staff as they expanded the menu to include dinner. This collaboration with Johnson earned Brandy’s a spot on The Food Nework's "Diners Drive-ins and Dives" with Guy Fieri.

Offering a wide variety of specialty breakfast dishes, Brandy’s is a local favorite. Featuring the Trout and Eggs breakfast—pan friend Idaho trout and two eggs. Or, try the Italian egg breakfast—prepared with three scrambled eggs, bell peppers, onions, Italian sausage. There are more than a dozen types of exceptional egg breakfasts to choose from, all served with two poached eggs on an English muffin and topped with hollandaise sauce. Try the Eggs Charles—with sliced avocado and artichoke hearts. All egg breakfasts are served with your choice of English muffin, buttermilk pancakes or country potatoes. Other breakfast items include pancakes, French toast, omelets and burritos.

Breakfast isn’t all that they do right at Brandy’s, the lunch menu is quite expansive as well and packed with sandwiches, burgers, soups, salads, melts and all the sides you can imagine. Some of the specialty sandwiches that you will find at Brandy’s include the turkey melt, grilled portabella mushroom, southwest chutney melt and the California dip-juicy roast beef piled on a French baguette, topped with muenster cheese and green chilies with au jus on the side.

Then, at dinner time Brandy’s steps it up a notch with gourmet choices including the local favorite, pork tenderloin medallions or Mahi Mahi—braised with artichokes, sun dried tomatoes and chopped marinated olives over a roasted garlic potato cake on a bed of baby greens and feta cheese. Other delicious dinner options include ancho honey tilapia, teriyaki glazed salmon, chili balsamic marinated steak and much more.

So, whether visiting Brandy’s at morning, noon or night you’re in for a delicious meal that will leave you craving for another visit. Check out Brand’s on Facebook for up-to-date information on specials and events.
