Pete's Fish & Chips has been a family-owned and operated business since 1947. With eight valley locations, Phoenicians are never too far away from this deep fried hot spot. Find Pete’s Fish & Chips locations in Mesa, Tempe, Glendale, Tolleson, or Phoenix.

At Pete’s chips go with just about every seafood you can think of. In addition to the traditional fish and chips they also serve oysters, crabettes, scallops and shrimp. Order by the piece or in combinations and each comes with chips and dipping sauce ($3-$12). Also, if you’re not feeling so fishy try the chicken nuggets and chips instead ($4-$8).

Of course, Pete’s wouldn’t be a deep fried hot spot without the sides and there’s no shortage of meal companions here. Try the onion rings, hot dogs, corn dogs, fried zucchini, fried mushrooms and coleslaw ($2-$4).

Menu options at Pete’s also include a variety of sandwiches and burgers like the Messy Fish Sandwich—a fried fish patty smothered in coleslaw and sauce ($3). OR, try something from the burger menu which includes the super, double, monster, double monster, triple monster and triple everything burgers ($3-$6). Now, that’s a feast!

You can wash it all down with one of Pete’s many drink options. In addition to soft drinks, Jolly Rancher slushies and Gatorade are available in Pete’s souvenir reusable yard bottles and sports quart ($2-$4).

Want to remember Pete’s even after your meal is done? They offer a variety of logo clothing including sweatpants, hats, sweatshirts, visors, shirts, aprons and more. Any order over $50 automatically receives a Pete’s t-shirt or hat.

So, no matter which location you choose, be sure to bring a big appetite and cash. Pete’s does not accept credit, debit or checks.
