Joe's Farm GrillServing farm fresh meals since 2006, Joe’s Farm Grill has made a name for itself in the remodeled Johnston Family childhood home. Originally built in 1966, this ranch house is now a mid-century modern style burger stand. The dining room offers a retro vibe but it’s the outside patio and picnic area that offers the real nostalgia of farm life. Whether you’re dining indoors or sitting under the shaded trees, enjoying a fresh meal prepared with local and organic ingredients, it just doesn’t get much better than this. If you’re stopping by Joe’s for breakfast, try one of their specialty dishes including the breakfast tacos—three soft corn tacos filled with potato, egg, shredded cheddar, and choice of bacon, ham, sausage, or chicken breast; salsa verde, sour cream, and side of farm beans. Or, try the waffles and ribs platter—Belgian waffles topped with butter, syrup and smoked baby back ribs. Other breakfast options include omelets, scrambles, pancakes and all the fixings. The lunch and dinner menu at Joe’s Farm Grill is simple, common food done uncommonly well and served quickly. With choices including burgers, fries, pizza, salads, and ribs it’s easy to see why Joe’s is a popular comfort food spot. There are also a variety of kid’s meals to choose from. The garlic fries are smothered in fresh garlic, herbs and olive oil and the hand dipped panko-breaded onion rings are cooked to a perfect crisp. They also offer sweet potato fries paired with a pineapple-Serrano sauce. A popular menu item, the Barbecue Pork Sandwich is a quarter pound of juicy pulled pork topped with a sweet-tasting hickory sauce. The Ahi Tuna Sandwich is topped with a tangy wasabi mayo. For vegetarians, the Portobello mushroom sandwich is hearty choice that’s topped with arugula and creamy Green Goddess dressing. What would comfort food be without milkshakes? Don’t worry Joe’s Farm Grill serves extra thick shakes in vanilla, chocolate and the fresh fruit flavor of the day. And, for desert don’t forget to try the hot fudge cream puff, a local sweet treat favorite. So, check out the farm and enjoy a relaxing meal with your family as the Johnston’s welcomes you into theirs at Joe’s Farm Grill.
