Castles N' Coasters: thrill rides and family fun
Castles N' Coasters is Arizona's premier 10-acre amusement park offering roller coasters and thrilling entertainment for the entire family. You can ride, scream, putt and drive your way through a fun filled day.
Get things rolling on the Desert Storm. Hold on tight — this coaster's packed with unexpected flips, twists and drops. Next, head over to the newest addition to the park: Sky Dive. If you’re in the mood for an extreme scream, take a ride up and await the 120-foot plummet. Ride packages range from $5.50 each to $20 all-day unlimited passes.
Looking for less thrill and more skill? Head over and try one of the four different miniature golf courses. Each course offers 18 holes of fun for all ages. A game of golf will run about $8.
After all that fun in the sun, take a log ride through Splashdown Falls. There are even exciting options for the littlest members of your brood, including the junior Dixie wheel, flying bugs and spinning tops. Other fun attractions include the little Indy cars, bumper boats, Sea Dragon, Magic Carpet, the carousel, Free Fall and more.
The Castles N’ Coasters arcade offers more than 300 games, including interactive videos, holographic images, air hockey, shooting gallery, pinball and carnival games where you can win prizes. In the arcade, you can get four credits for $1. The more you buy, the greater the discount.
Castles N’ Coasters recommends that you check the monthly schedule when planning your visit. Park hours can vary greatly from day to day.
Generally, the arcade and miniature golf courses are open daily from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. and the Indy cars and bumper boats open up at 11 a.m.-9 p.m. The ride park is generally not open on weekdays. There are often private parties and events scheduled which can affect public admittance hours.
You can also book Castles N’ Coasters for birthdays and events. There are a variety of packages that include rides, games, food, drinks and private time in designated areas of the park. Visit the park website for more information.
